An Elephant Never Forgets...or rather, I never forget an Elephant.

Editor's Note: I loathe Blogger...it has got to go, and this photo nonsense is ridiculous. I am in the process of fixing it, but I'm tired and I'm going to bed! Any recommendations for a better client?

Sad as it will make my local friends to hear, I have not given up my Elephant quest. By now they are all thoroughly sick of hearing about it, and even more sick of me suddenly going "OOH! There's an Elephant near here!" and dragging them off on a 20 minute detour. As of late, I've been doing most of my Elephant questing by myself. I've put a shiny new playlist on my iPod and off I go.
Here's the backlog of the Elephants I saw in my travels with Brian while he was visiting. Given the volume of photos, I'm making them super small. Click to embiggen.

May 12th:
Brian's arrival day, we started out with a nice tour through Central London, hitting almost all of the major spots, and picking up a goodly number of Elephants on our way. Trafalgar square is a goldmine of them, all sponsored by (as far as I can tell) Indian football teams!

May 14th: Greenwich! Surprisingly, there were 3 out here...I'm wondering how many people will actually make the trip *just* to see the Elephants. Personally, I wouldn't have, particularly considering that changing from the Central to the DLR at Bank Station is an *ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE*. Seriously TFL.....work on that one.
